MCT Oil (Coconut) Sublingual

Has anyone used MCT oil to administer medicine sublingually?

 

If so, how did it compare to other oils for strength?  Did the effects come on quicker?

coconut oil and ghee are the best for oil/fat extraction

Haven't used MCT oil(used olive and coconut oil many times) as of yet , but want to infuse some very shortly to make some droppers. I like the fact that MCT oil stays liquid at room temperature unlike coconut oil.  Will keep  an eye on this topic as I'm hoping to hear peoples experiences with MCT oil also. Hopefully someone knows the best MCT oil/ brand to buy ?

I was looking at this coconut oil, it stays liquid at room temperature. It also has over 90% mct's: 

 

Nutiva Organic Liquid Coconut Oil (473ml).

 

Expensive but the only organic I could find.  Get what you pay for I suppose.

 

I ended up ordering this:

 

Pure energy Premium Organic 100% Coconut MCT Oil 500ml.

 

MCT apparently by passes the liver (first pass) apparently and crosses the blood brain barrier.  I went for that as I obviously want maximum up take of turpines, cannabinoids etc, when used sublingually.

Hi folks, has anyone got pics of the end product as I've tried this a couple of times. 1st time it was similar to cannabutter before you solidify it so an oily layer and a more watery layer the 2nd wasn't really split like that. The method I used was, I put oil and bud/kief mix in glass bowl and in oven for an hour and half
