Bogbrush Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 Happy new year people! thinking about buying a led light for my 60x60x140 tent, currently using mh hps 250w, little too hot in summer is the reason, what should I look for in a led light? other than the dimensions, online seems a bit of a mine field, thankyou. There is a lot of choice out there when it comes down to led, I would advise you to have a look at diyleduk, one of our site sponsors, they do cost a bit more than your average wanky blurpel panel, but you won’t need another one for years.I would quite confidently say they are the best leds available imo. That's currently grown under a 65w 4000k That's my setup as you can see plain as day the 400w hps is beating it but not by 5x the amount of power its using I will agree most blurple units are crap but this new gen led that diyleduk.com sells are new tech shouldnt be confused with the blurple led units think walking vs rolls Royce with the Samsung strips and proper quantum boards vs the blurple units I'm not a great grower at all but honestly they are great Edited January 10, 2019 by doobie01 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for Led it depends where you do your research to what you know , where as some members here have diaries spanning over five years or more using Led's from China , Europe and now the uk ...
