Vaping cannabis oil - help please

Hi I have just bought myself a puffco plus in the hope that I can vape cannabis oil.  it has 3 temperature settings, which temperature is better?

 

Any other tips on vaping oil would also be massively appreciated.  the tutorials online show people using the dabba with wax but I presume I can just put a bit of oil in the chamber.  how much oil should I put in ? and how quickly does it run out or will this all become clear once I start smoking it. Different oils will respond differently, this is something you need to learn by trial and error

What type of oil are you using? Different vapes are needed for different products.
