BIKE TOUR AGENDA - MCBT 2017 will take place this year in the Czech Republic and Austria.

 

2017 is going to be another big year for the Medical Cannabis Bike Tour and WE WANT YOU!

– MCBT 2017 will ride 420km through central Europe in October. – We will ride through the Czech Republic and Austria spreading the vibes and news of our cause. – Riders from around the world will join our international force for change.

The money we are raising is paying for clinical trials using cannabis to treat brain cancer patients with the support of the Spanish health authorities. We are all hoping the trials will give the evidence that cannabis does kill cancer cells.

If you are over 18, have a reasonable level of fitness and want to be part of a great adventure then sign up and join us on The Medical Cannabis Bike Tour 2017! This October we will be riding 420km over 3 days, through Czech Republic and Austria. We are looking for 100 riders to cycle for our cause and volunteers to help in the support crew. The entry fee is 250 Euro per rider entry (includes 3 nights’ accommodation, lunch and evening meal, cycle uniform (shirt, shorts and jacket), luggage transportation. The money raised from the tour will be given to scientists from Madrid's Complutense University who will be working with GEINO (the Spanish Group of Neuroncological Investigation) to conduct clinical trials in Spring 2017 into the use of cannabinoids as a first line therapy to treat glioma (brain tumor) cancer patients.

 

What We Do

Every year we set out on an epic journey to cycle 420km through beautiful European scenery over 3 days.

We raise sponsorship money to fund independent clinical research by a team of scientists studying the medical qualities of cannabis. Each year the ride gets bigger and the message spreads further. In 2017 the bike tour will write another chapter in medical cannabis history.
