rooted moto E bricked, don't know what to do help pls asap

I can get to the TWRP screen but I dont know which option to select from the menu or submenus, can someone help please

i use moto e 1st gen

computer wont acknowledge phone when I plug in usb

i can get to recovery page, but i dont know what im doing and hae spent nearly all day trying to get back into my phnoe but the furtherst i get is the TWRP screen, pls help someone, I need my phone for my alarms.

I'm totally tech niaaive so need talking through it like a dummy and i would be full of thanks cos i need my phone.
