Belief Change and Energy Psychology Modalities:

1.Psych-K.

PSYCH-K is a set of principles and processes designed to change subconscious beliefs that limit the expression of your full potential as a divine being having a human experience. From Bruce Lipton: “I teach with Rob Williams the orginator of PSYCH-K. This is the modality that I use personally and with which I am most familiar.”

Welcome to the Evolution of Consciousness

Civilization, as we know it, is in the process of making a monumental shift in human consciousness of which we are all playing a part, consciously and subconsciously. Every aspect of our lives, both personally and professionally, is being profoundly affected. Using PSYCH-K®, you can help to positively direct this change. PSYCH-K allows you to quickly and painlessly change subconscious beliefs that are limiting the full expression of your potential in life, as a spiritual being having a human experience. This includes your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

When you rewrite the software of your mind, you change the printout of your life… and the world!

@Vince not sure what you mean by iron cupboard?

About Bruce Lipton, Ive watched a few documentaries about this guy recently, very credible. Heres a bit about him.

Bruce H. Lipton, PhD is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. Stem cell biologist, bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and recipient of the 2009 Goi Peace Award, he has been a guest speaker on hundreds of TV and radio shows, as well as keynote presenter for national and international conferences.

Dr. Lipton began his scientific career as a cell biologist. He received his Ph.D. Degree from the University of Virginia at Charlottesville before joining the Department of Anatomy at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine in 1973. Dr. Lipton’s research on muscular dystrophy, studies employing cloned human stem cells, focused upon the molecular mechanisms controlling cell behavior. An experimental tissue transplantation technique developed by Dr. Lipton and colleague Dr. Ed Schultz and published in the journal Science was subsequently employed as a novel form of human genetic engineering.

In 1982, Dr. Lipton began examining the principles of quantum physics and how they might be integrated into his understanding of the cell’s information processing systems. He produced breakthrough studies on the cell membrane, which revealed that this outer layer of the cell was an organic homologue of a computer chip, the cell’s equivalent of a brain. His research at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, between 1987 and 1992, revealed that the environment, operating though the membrane, controlled the behavior and physiology of the cell, turning genes on and off. His discoveries, which ran counter to the established scientific view that life is controlled by the genes, presaged one of today’s most important fields of study, the science of epigenetics. Two major scientific publications derived from these studies defined the molecular pathways connecting the mind and body. Many subsequent papers by other researchers have since validated his concepts and ideas.

Dr. Lipton’s novel scientific approach transformed his personal life as well. His deepened understanding of cell biology highlighted the mechanisms by which the mind controls bodily functions, and implied the existence of an immortal spirit. He applied this science to his personal biology, and discovered that his physical well-being improved, and the quality and character of his daily life was greatly enhanced.

Dr. Lipton has taken his award-winning medical school lectures to the public and is currently a sought after keynote speaker and workshop presenter. He lectures to conventional and complementary medical professionals and lay audiences about leading-edge science and how it dovetails with mind-body medicine and spiritual principles. He has been heartened by anecdotal reports from hundreds of former audience members who have improved their spiritual, physical and mental well being by applying the principles he discusses in his lectures. He is regarded as one of the leading voices of the new biology.

Yes really really, if you watch the power of consciousness you would see for yourself. This isn't airy fairy religious shit in anyway, its about (at a base level), the interaction of cells in any given environment, and visa versa, also the interaction between the subconscious and conscious mind. You don't get much more Biological or psychological than that lol

we are made from stardust

Quite possibly, depends what you mean by "made". I suppose the moon is a star which controls certain earthly environmental things with its gravitational force, the tides, women's menstrual cycles etc .These things influence our behavior/lifes. Remove the moon and what are we? put us on another planet and what would we evolve into without the moon?. Its therefore part of many environmental factors that influence our psyche, cells and consciousness.

Point being we are products of our environment, we are made up of many individual functioning parts/cells and at the same time a whole complete working system reliant on environmental stimuli. Our outer shell, skin and eyes, ears, nose, mouth are like the membrane of a cell, reading and processing complex information from the outside. Take identical cells and put them in different environments and they react differently, same as people. Because we have consciousness we can control how we feel act and behave, we can interact with the environment, manipulate, or change it.

But because we function mostly on an unconscious level, we need to learn to connect more with our conscious self rather than our subconscious. Its said that having a more positive, optimistic approach to life, making change is beneficial for mental well being because we are connecting with consciousnesses. Fail to do this and you go through life in a mostly subconscious state, making/repeating same behaviors.. getting into the same bad relationships, on your fourth marriage? whats different about the new wife, her hair colour? the colour of your new wifes hair isnt going to change the many subconscious behaviors and bad habits that are making you unhappy, smoking, drinking, bad diet, poor climate etc. Thats what this thread is about, connecting with consciousnesses, if anybody wants to label consciousness as something spiritual then so be it. Ive not once heard in all the lectures or documentaries with Lipton, him discuss religion or god, in fact hes intimated he doesn't care where we come from as such.

Biohack your mind...your only controlling your neurobiology, your cognitive behavior 5% of the time. 95% of the time you are thinking and this is usually a kind of auto piolot in a subconscious state.

@ I think that the "we are made from stardust" point was just that. The elements that make up all of the matter in the universe were/are forged by stars. They coalesce, burn bright, then explode releasing the elements that form celestial bodies and life on earth i.e. us.

oh right ..thought the reference to stardust was a piss take, keeping in theme with the Scientology space/alien slant that Vince was rockin with..Stardust its a bit out there for the theme of this thread..trying to keep people grounded and in touch with their consciousness as a self healing model.. Stardust, i can hear Take That and a gay Robert de niro :wink_kiss:
