Reality tv show for medicinal users

We all know ch4 and ch5 is great at making shows that really pick the perfect characters who are on benefits. They really do make shows that people get people boiling, well

What if they were to make a show were they picked people who the nation could sympathise with, and really have respect for their medical problems, but these people self medicate with weed.

I think if a documentary following good people with diseases like cancer, ms, arthritis and a host of other illnesses that millions here in the uk suffer from, then the nation will start talking about weed in a positive way, all those hard nosed people who robotically dismiss the notion of weed for medical reasons would have to fight against a public outcry story,

If made well, and taken onboard by public opinion makers, i really think we can open the hearts and minds of many many people who hadn't given it much thought.

Lets not just shove these poor medical users in peoples faces, lets ram it down their fucking throats.

Anyone know which companies make these shows, could we lobby them.
