Hi

Blue Ivy Carter 2014, Beyonce & Jay Z little queen.

(ThyBlackMan.com) You really can’t make this stuff up: Beyonce and Jay-Z’s baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, has just had a strain of marijuana named after her. Seriously.

According to reports, pot dispensaries in Los Angeles are cashing in on the crazy Blue fever by selling a strain of cannabis named after today’s most famous child. The pot has been dubbed “OG Blue Ivy.”

Reportedly, neither Jay Z or Beyonce technically signed off on the wacky weed deal, so it’s probably fair to say the strain name will eventually go up in smoke. Sorry. Had to.

Since Blue Ivy Carter’s birth, the hip-hop baby has received more press than some celebrities get their entire lives.

A few years ago, Blue Ivy Carter was also credited as the youngest person ever to appear on a Billboard chart thanks to her father, Jay-Z’s hit track “Glory,” which was dedicated to his baby girl and billed as “featuring B.I.C.,” or Blue Ivy Carter.

A Billboard song and a pot strain? This baby isn’t just famous, she’s earning some serious street cred as well. At this rate, Jay-Z better watch his throne in the rap world.

What do you make of this latest Blue Ivy Carter info? Is the marijuana strain a bit much? Will Blue Ivy Carter be as famous as her parents one day?
