I know that there has been some rule changes recently but have been told that they are not being enforced in Amsterdam. (I don't have first hand confirmation though.) I was wondering if anyone can direct me to a resource of which districts (or even better specific coffee shops) are enforcing the refusal to sell to non Dutch. Sorry if posted in the wrong place.
