bart Posted December 16, 2010 Author Share Posted December 16, 2010 thanks Peppi Mrm the set up is if i have probs focusing (low light ) i use a desk lamp to get the focus , i have an off camera flash that i use for the shot ,i can adjust the power output on this , take a shot then adjust as i go. i'v got this connected to the camera by wireless sender/receiver these last few shots were taken by having the cam in one hand and the flash in the other would like a dedicated macro flash but £ the camera is set to auto focus , i fully press the focus button so that the moment the cam gets focus it takes the shot, F stop and shutter speed set manually ,shutter speed having preference over F stop ,the faster the better yes black background ,i use either A2 card or old piece of 4mm ply painted with blackboard paint 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
