When I use the bags, I fill a bag, and turn the unit off.... On the whip, I like a couple of puffs, put it down for half hour, have a few puffs, put it down for an hour, a few more puffs, a puff every 10 mins or so, you get the picture...... We kept it on at all times ... Didn't seem to do any harm, some of the information I've found online recommends leaving any weed to heat up proir to drawing on it (or using a balloon) so I'd assume it was okay to do that. I start at 200 degs C and then gradually work up to 250...usually over about 30 minutes. Once the visible vapour reduces to almost nothing I consider the weed done as far as vaping goes.
