If they believe in reincarnation the surely the mediums would be talking to themselves, since there would be no spirits cos everyone would have reincarnated ?

The existence of a spirit world is a direct contradiction of a belief in reincarnation.

not if it/they exist outside linear space time :bag:

2nd edit: i read a similar book once called Otherwhere by Kurt Leland and in it he documents patients regressed to the point in between lives etc, good read

The existence of a spirit world is a direct contradiction of a belief in reincarnation.

Not necessarily,as one can believe that reincarnation isn't an instantaneous process whereby at death one is immediately reborn...rather that following death, the spirit spends time in the spirit world before it's next incarnation.Allan Kardec was the founder of Spiritism which is distinguished from Spiritualism by it's belief in reincarnation, being the process by which "spiritual evolution" takes place....ie,all spirits have the ability to perfect themselves, and this perfection can only come about through many compulsory incarnations.Once perfection is achieved, further incarnations are no longer necessary.

:spliff: its not arse mate its a good book you know

i got allen kardecs other book gospel according to spiritualism but have not started it yet, will do by next week

the only time you get reborn and reincarnated straight after death is if you take your own life

as a punishment you come rite back, being in our body is apparently is a drag on the spirit

also god permits us at night to visit loved one in the spirit world

So it says that the spirit, reincarnation and God exist? Does he give any arguments for their existence?

Yes, Father - but proof denies faith, and without faith they are nothing.
