You can also buy "licaps" which are designed to hold liquids, but they are even pricier than the vegetarian ones. Very impressed by the lack of smell, ease of use and I monitored the temperature separately most of the way through which was within a couple of degrees of the set temps. The oil is clear and wonderfully green. Smells great. I had to tack on a little extra time for decarb and I think it might be beneficial to squidge the vac packed mix around every hour or so.
