Biltong Bob Posted October 13, 2013 Share Posted October 13, 2013 Right, before we start I am fully aware that this does not constitute 'cooking' or 'recipes', however these edibles are quick and easy to put together and the macannaroons travel well (without melting) so I thought that it may be nice to share the idea. FIrst take some cannabutter and dark chocolate and melt together in a pyrex bowl over some boiling water. I bought this chocolate mould online, which works a treat... And a pack of coconut macaroons which cost about 65p. Dip the macaroons face first into the cannachocolate, and fill the mould with the remainder. At this stage you can ad nuts/raisins/honeycomb to the chocolates, or whatever you wish. Don't forget to lick the bowl clean!! Ten minutes in the freezer et voila! Cannachocolate and macannaroons!
