Cannachocolate & macannaroons

Right, before we start I am fully aware that this does not constitute 'cooking' or 'recipes', however these edibles are quick and easy to put together and the macannaroons travel well (without melting) so I thought that it may be nice to share the idea.

FIrst take some cannabutter and dark chocolate and melt together in a pyrex bowl over some boiling water.

I bought this chocolate mould online, which works a treat...

And a pack of coconut macaroons which cost about 65p.

Dip the macaroons face first into the cannachocolate, and fill the mould with the remainder. At this stage you can ad nuts/raisins/honeycomb to the chocolates, or whatever you wish. Don't forget to lick the bowl clean!!

Dip macaroons into cannachocolate.... face first

Ten minutes in the freezer

10 minutes in the freezer. ...

et voila!
Cannachocolate and macannaroons!

and out pop the cannachocs!
