LST or MH?

HI All

Due to an oversight (yes, lets call it an oversight) on my behalf my next round of clones have had to wait a little longer than expected to get into the flowering room. I've topped them already, but they are getting to a size where when they stretch im fast going to run out of room.

Two solutions that spring to mind are either lst or using my MH lamp for the first two weeks of flowering.

Which would the forum suggest?
