vyral
Average yield per plant? and what conditions?
Nausicca
If you grow a single plant in a huge pot with a massive root structure and enough light... who knows? I saw a picture on here about a year ago of a guy doign exactly that in a Budbox, and when he opened the tent flaps it looked like a giant squid errupting out However a good sog method with multiple plants is probably a more effective use of space, and you dont put all your eggs in one basket so to speak. Lennon
I LST my plants and veg for 6/7 weeks they always get flowered in 15litre pots and I get roughly 3oz to 4oz a plant(strain dependent).
Guest smoketilluchoke
ive been wondering what is the best arrangement to get the most yield is it a lot of small plants or a few big ones or in between coz ive got 6 plants in a 1.2m homebox with a 600w hps is this a good way to maximize the space? Lennon
But with 22 plants there's room for error if growing 1/2 big plants your screwed if anything goes wrong.
scraglor
think he meant problems with the plant rather than the police, if you're talking purely yield, then you have to take veg time and area into account, when this is done, sog wins hands down every time, you need only a tiny amount of space for veg meaning more room to flower, veg time for the clones is virtually zero, so biggest yield in shortest time sog wins hands down. even with bigger plants, yieled per square foot usually tops out at about 2.5oz/ft unless you're growing massively tall plants (which again means higher veg time), which is easily hit with a tuned in sog grow, so by having fewer plants all you are doing really is increasing veg time, which decreases yield against time
Lennon
Yea I ment if anything happens to the plants ie:LSF,grower error etc etc..
