As far as I can tell it's a thermoelectric cooler (a peltier cooler based fridge) on a dew point controller. I figured I could have a pop at making one. I could have missed something fundamental about the cannatrol, but I don't believe so. So the same thing, if not better could be achieved with a wine cooler and humidity contro
