im going to get a go at all of them which is always nice. The overspill will go outdoors on the farm probably on the banks of my brook that runs through or in field corners.

As @Shumroom very kindly gifted me some packs of Seedstockers strains I offered to run a diary in return and I've gone with the Fruit Cake as I can find very little info in the breeders section of the site. I hope to be able to showcase what growers can expect from this combination of 2 great strains.

As an aside my other choices of strains were Rucu Cucu OG, Triton Biscotto Lime and Permanent Marker.

I chose Fruit Cake as I have already run Animal Cookies and Fruity Pebbles Og and both were top shelf so I figured the combo would produce some fine offspring.

5 in 12L pots should fill one of my 1.2x1.2M tents nicely so that's the plan. I like to mainline when growing fems so that's what I'll do with these. Strict mainlining uses just 2 branches but I like to grow with 4 topping them twice which will give 16 tops and a nice even canopy.

I grow organically using Canna Professional+, Plagron Alga Grow, Alga Bloom, Sugar Royal and Green Sensation, home produced worm castings and Mykos Mycorrhizal Fungi.

Lighting by 2 Mars Hydro FC-4000 330W leds run at 75% so just short of 500W total. A GPW? We shall see, I don't know the strain but I can normally hit the GPW growing this way. 

Seeds went into wet paper towel yesterday, squeezed out today to leave them in moist conditions and all have cracked.

Realistically I can do 2 lots of autos in the drobe and 1 lot of fems per year due to the shithouse environment I've got. As and when I fire anything up it'll be up in here like a muh'fucker....

Been a while since I had a grow on, I wasn't going to bother in the house I'm currently in as we're not planning on being here too long, but I just couldn't stay away any longer . I don't really need any weed and I can hardly afford the power bill as it is, but sometimes you just have to indulge yourself. 

So I built myself a little cab out of an old wardrobe and some crap I had lying around (pictures to follow) and despite having more seeds than I could ever hope to grow decided to scrounge some more off our dear old friend @Shumroom. 

I'll be keeping this one very simple. 1 Panty Punch Auto in 5L of soil with some biotabs in it. Went well a couple of years ago on a windowsill, so should go fairly well in a "controlled environment". 

So yeah, thanks Seedstockers and thanks again @Shumroom for the beans, hopefully I do this one proud .

It's about time we got a "Best Picture Thread" competition up and running

This is the thread to post your best SS images in return for prizes every 2 months (Seeds and merchandise)

Let's get a few basic rules out of the way, then we can officially get this started


1- Members can enter multiple images over a 2 month period.

Remember we are looking for the best pictures!

2- Winners will be selected every 2 months (bi-monthly) from all submitted images/entries.

3- We at Seed Stockers may use images on our socials. If you would like tagging on Instagram or Facebook just leave your IG/FB user name in your post. That way we can tag you

smoke is thick but smooth, taste sweet menthol that cotes your mouth and lingers after the exhale

effects very narcotic, relaxing time to chill, great for muscle spasm

I know which photos I am going to run. However I am looking for tip as to the best Auto’s for the greenhouse. Ideally something with 6-8 week flower time. Better still if it’s currently in the 50% off sale. What we all thinking? 
 

Also, I’m thinking about just planting one outside, would an auto or photo be best for this, and again any recommendation for this?

I opted for the PP as from what i read its more a sit u on ur arse and send u to sleep smoke.

Something i dont usually grow as i like a get up and go forget what u was doing sought of high.

Here's some pics of the story so far.

Probably gonna be about another 5-6 weeks till my flower cab is empty again so she will get another pot up before final.

I usually use 10L pots as finals for the flower cab but as shes gonna be the only one in there this time thinking maybe 15-20L.

And thinking a trough rather than a pot anyways plenty of time to decide.

Just getting this diary up and running. 

I haven't decided on my final strains yet as I have so many to choose from thanks to the good people at Seedstockers but there won't be any autos, just photos.

Just a quick appreciation post for Shumroom and the Seedstockers crew for sorting me out. Care package arrived, and I'm blown away to be honest! Thought I might get a seed or two of a couple strains, so this has totally exceeded expectations!

Tropical zmoothie, blackberry gum, forbidden mochi AND frosty tooth! That should keep us top notch meds for loooong time

It'll be about 7 weeks till a flower tent is free, but I'll be pheno hunting those seeds as soon as possible and will at the very least write a review... might even be tempted to do my first grow journal

To say i'm chuffed to bits and more than a little humbled at your generosity is an understatement!

I've been sent, gratis, not one, two or three - but four strains of quality seeds as part of a care package. Also included, are some trial packs of funky looking activated carbon filter joint roaches, and a very handy handful of plant pot labels for when i pot up some of these lovely seeds.

Thank you all very much, i'm used to growing autos, because of the slightly quicker turn around time until harvests, and have a couple or three weeks left of a current auto grow, but i'm going to try one of these fem'ed photo strains you've been kind enough to send to me! 

I have plenty to chose from, that's for sure! There's Frosty Tooth, Tropical Zmoothie, Panty Punch and Blackberry Gum!

I'll let you know what i'll grow and how i get on.

I've managed to squeeze in three Seedstockers Moby Dick which are just starting to flower, had to do them in small pots for a quick turn around.

8 seeds , 1.2 x 1.2 scrog , coco with GA nutes , Migro array 8 LED . I might chuck in a 600w sodium to keep temps up.

Any tips on growing this strain?

I usually keep veg times at a minimum and rely on the stretch during flower to fill the net.

I thought id kick this new year off with a selection of seedstockers wares, thanks to the Ambassador @Shumroom

Ive chosen Tropical Zmoothie, Black Rainbow, Rucu Cucu and Grannys Home.

A bit of a mixed bag but variety is the spice of life and I was getting bored smoking the same thing day in day out.

Only got a 4x2 flower tent, so quite limited on space but I can get 4 plants in there if they dont get too big 

The plan is to start off in the 60x60 veg tent with 120W LED board, should be able use this through till end of veg - then into the flower tent under 350w LED to finish

Ive also got some CFLs for the early days but not used them before, well not for growing plants anyway.

time to wake these babies up by wetting their heads
