Breathing on my plants to help them grow

58 posts in this topic

Has anyone ever thought of breathing on your plants to help them grow? as i have been doing this from the start and have been researching to see if it would actually benefit the plant much.

In theory it makes sense, plants crave co2 to grow and survive, and we exhale co2.

Just interested in finding out if someone else had had the same weird idea as i have found topics about it elsewhere.

I have read something like the air we exhale is 5% co2 so i suggest we all get in that tent and breathe!

lol

Upgrade your ventilation to get more air in or get a co2 bottle with adequate equipment (dont bother with co2 IMO).

Anyone ever tried letting one rip near the air vents or even direct on the plant could be beneficial i suppose.

piss take thread... :jester:

Well no it was actually a serious question and i am serious about breathing on the plants. every time i check on them i do not sit there for hours exhaling air into the tent but yeah why not try and breathe on them and disperse co2 throughout the environment,

Im not serious about farting on the plants on having hamsters in my tent but am interested on the concept of a free supply of co2 direct from your own lungs.

its only a piss take thread when people don't take it seriously and comment pointless things mate. still waiting for a decent response

it may seem daft but ive done it for years ..just gotta think a little holistically new agey woo woo with me on this ..if the body is an endocannabinoid system and we have always had a symbiotic relationship with this plant then surely it makes sense to bond with them ,they are after all producing oxygen for the greater good ..
