Arizer Solo

939 posts in this topic

been using my solo for a couple of years, only issue was it started taking a bit longer to heat up and the battery started to run down fairly quickly, have just got a replacement battery off vapefiend, took minutes to fit and i now have a solo that performs like a new one.......thumbs up little smiley dude.

It is really important to keep your screens clean on a solo. I have a iso bath for my stems now. It is amazing how much extra resistance can form from a tiny bit of resin in there.

Keep them clean and the solo is nowhere near as bad on intake as you think. I found i was letting stuff build up way too much myself until i did this

Talking about intake, I noticed something that I'd never paid attention to before. The tiny air holes on the side of the oven should be aligned to the holes on the glass tube. If you don't do that and you've got the stem pressed all the way in then flow is restricted. It's not much of a difference but it is discernible I think. I don't think I read about having to do this, maybe it does say. Or maybe I'm imagining things lol

Does anyone have recommended ways for cleaning the arizer solo? In particular the glass tube and the heated oven ? I'm guessing using something like

turps or other chemicals its going to destroy the taste.

Thanks

Use neat alcohol on a cotton bud... make sure it has all been evaporated off before using it again. I fill glass tube up and shake it a lot after getting most of the crud out with the implement they give you.

Hi Adam,

I've a problem with the solo 2 purchased from you 12/11/19...it comes on but will not heat, shows error code 5 and promptly switches off.

Can you confirm this is still under warranty and should I return it to you for inspection/replacement?

Many thanks

i'm about to buy a perc bong to pair with my Solo. The bong has a:

Joint Size 14.4mm

Built In With Female Joint

What connector would i need to pair with my Solo?

You would need the arizer end to be male so it fits in the female bong .

So a male connector would that be 18.8 or a 14.4? i'll email them to double check mate.

It would be the same as the female joint usually so 18 for 18 and same for 14 or 10

if you go teeny
