i was just wondering how much difference using the soft compared to the hard water gh 3 part micro would make as my ph is dropping like a brick, dropping like 0.8 over night, my local water suply is usualy quite a bit harder than it is at the moment as last summer it was 7 and now its 4, i use nothing else in the tank, not even ph down so i cant see another reason 4 my ph to be droppin like it is and its never done it before. has anyone else noticed this happening with gh micro HW?? any help will be well appreciated. also i jus wondered how many times it is safe to add ph up to the tank over the course of a week as i dont realy like using it but i like to keep things in range, the way its droppin im havin to use it about 3 times a week.
