Full Version: The Mythical Tutti Fruity

Howdy Guys & Gals, hope you are all well.

I remember maybe two or three years back there was this semi regular supply of this weed known as "Tutti Fruity". As soon as word got around that someone had some, it was sold out - and you could smell it everywhere, mates of mine would spank thier credit cards on it coz they knew the supply wouldnt last. This was the sweetest, most delightful smoke i've ever experienced, and it really did taste, and smell like them Tutti Fruity sweets you got as a kid mixed with that funny chewing gum (cant remember what its called - maybe in fact that was called tutti fruity too?) in a yellow packet. Although i'm a newb to growing, I've been smoking regular for a while now (creative user), and i've NEVER found anything that came close to it in terms of aroma, taste or high (even after countless trips to the Dam & Haarlem). Knowing what i know now, the plant was definatly indica, and UK grown. I can smell it now..... ah.. bliss.

Have not seen or heard of this stuff for years now, so i wanna track the seeds down so i can grow this fantastic herb myself. Have seen "heavy duty fruity" in some seedbank or other, but this stuff was definatly known as "Tutti Fruity" or simply "Tutti".

Anyone else remember this stuff?

Anyone grown this stuff???

PLEASE HELP unsure.gif

I'm a BIG fan of fruity weed - IIRC 'Juicy Fruit' 'Five alive' 'tutti fruity' are names bandied around for a clone only strain that fits what you describe.

Pakistani Chitral Valley genetics are right up there for me commercially (I'm currently smoking Tiki - Yarkoum which is 100% indica and very fruity, with a 'purple' flavour whistling.gif ) But there's loads to try - Sweetooth, Bubblegum, Berry strains etc etc etc

Cheers Blabs!

I've tried a fair few Bubblegums out in Holland over the past few years, found Kadinsky's to be the best. Not a touch on the old "Tutti" though wink.gif .

Never heard of Chitral Valley, will check em out!

wink1.gif - I've never been a fan of bubblegum tbh, the taste is too far removed from weed - like alcopops instead of quality Ale, if you know what I mean whistling.gif

Closest I came in the Dam was 'Buddha Sister Haze' in the damkring - unbelieveable mixed berry flavour right down to the last drag.

Let me know what you turn up in your quest - I've been trying to find the taste you're on a bout for years too wink1.gif

peace, Glory to Jah
