Symptomless Coma
I'm just after advice from ppl who've bought seeds from the uk who've had good results with strains that are something abit different - i've had good strong stuff from white widow, ak47, white rhino and armageddon which i can get cuttings from but they are all very similar. I want a bit of variety like u can get in the dam. just after something a bit different to try from seed next time - any advice is welcome on this matter. Thanks

One word - mixes !

I don't find macho-sounding strains appealing, and found Sensi's hybrids reliable but dull.

You need a little flexibility in your growspace, but if, like me you only have a relatively small area, it means you always have a variety of smoke from chilled indica to clear-headed sativas.

My favourite so far has been the Canna Biogen mix - more at the sativa end of the spectrum, (even the 14 week one is anxiety-free) but there were also some fairly chilled ones .. all of them fresh-tasting. - all of them wipe the floor with Sensi's Silver Haze and Skunk#1.
I hope they manage to produce some more because I accidentally trod on my remaining 5 seeds cry.gif

My current grow looks promising - more "middle of the road" in the high department I suspect.

A bit more info about the type of high your prefer would make it easier, but off the top of my head I'd suggest a pure indica like Afghani or Black
Domina, and a pure sativa, like a haze. those would be different from one another. Then there's some interesting looking strains from Africa, not just Durban Poison, but Malawi and Nigerian. There are also some interesting looking Canadian strains available like Romulan or Cotton Candy that you don't here much about round here, or so it seems to me. Good luck with, and let us know when you decide.

i am partial to a bit of sativa - but from what i've heard they can be quite hard to grow as they seem to grow for as long as they like. I'm just after a bit of choice in what a smoke - like going the sweet shop and thinking i can have variety. I'm used to couch locking gear, just want to sample stuff with different effects. Surely with all the hybrids and messing about with plants now there should be some crazy stuff on the market that had different effects. Just after 2 plants to go with some strong white widow for my next grow - basically something that will take similar time to grow and be different to it.

I reckon something like blueberry or bubblegum would make a nice change from the strains you listed in your first post, both are quite uppy, happy type buzzes and the plants don't take an age to finnish either.

any strain from Mr Nice seeds will make you very happy, he is the creator of most of the strains the other companies sell (or his strains has been used by the others to create theirs)

Cheers for the advice all. Just found out i can get hold of both blueberry and bubblegum cutting very soon smoke.gif .
Blue cheese does sound like something worth investigating tho.

I've been considering SAGE N Sour... cross of SAGE and Sour Diesel, both pretty good in their own right. Would think it'll have a good genetic mix as well so you should get some nice phenotypes i reckon.

I don't know if Mr Nice 'created' anything, but he shipped a fair bit wink1.gif
