i've got bloddy leaf spot fungus for the first time and its spreading QUICK

Trouble is i have to move house in about 10 weeks so haven't got time to start anymore plants if i want to harvest before then. What i was wondering is

1) can i just leave it and keep growing them regardless?
2) if not what measures/treatments can anyone recommend?

All help greatly appreciated, Brum.
