hi all,

just thaght i would share some experement information with you all.

i took some clones for experementation purposes on the 4th of april at around 1am in the morning.

i used B&Q cutting and seed compost

1 batch i have left just plain B&Q compost, another i added RootGrow to the compost.

all i can say is FUCK me the difference is HUGE...

all clones were taken from 1 mother plant which was a white widdow.

the clones which were just plain compost are rooting ok and look healthy, but the clones which are in the rootgrow mix are already starting to grow and the roots are huge.

i must admit that in the past i have never had any luck with compost for taking clones... but I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO ROCKWOOL OR JIFFYS OR ANY OTHER PLUGS AGAIN.

i have tried them all. the best to date was my own coco and vermiculite mix, but the compost and rootgrow blows it into the weeds.

i will post some pics if i have time or if anyone is intrested.

So you didn't add any gel or powder or owt, just stuck the cuttings into the seedlings compost? (Sorry, I'm new to all this cloning business).

no roots poking out of the compost to show.

so there we have it .. the clones with the RootGrow are much bigger, despite being in the same enviroment and taken off the same mother plant, also i took all the clones at roughly the same size and structure as i could.

experement done ... bin time for the clones ...
