Hi smoke.gif

I'm doing a room which is approx 1.2m x 2.2m with 2 air-cooled 600w lights.

The extraction will pull through a carbon filter then both lights sequentially then exhuasted outside.

I already have spare TD500 fans, which are 6" and operate at about 500m3 air flow but was considering whether it would need an 8" filter and fan, with a reducer down to 6".

Will my 6" TD500 cut the mustard, or do I need to go 8" on ventillation?

Thanks. yinyang.gif

Afraid I can't work out the ventilation per m2 but I do know that ventilation is as important as lighting.

Put in the largest intake and outtake that you can, in the end you wont regret it

Thanks for the input Turnip, I just don't know how big I need to go. smoke.gif

I've got TD500s so I was hoping that I could make use of them, that way I can reduce from 6" down to 4" at extraction. I don't really want to be spending money on a new carbon filter and a new inline fan if I can get away with it.

I think I might need an 8" though.

Any more opinions or advice is most welcome yinyang.gif
