Mmmm cure ....dunno if thats a word id use for the freezer part, from what i've seen for some grades its like stasis with no real change and for others like full melt its consistancy/feel turns from like hard amber to french chalk.
As long as you dry it proper 1st it will keep good. Frozen or not. Ive had some before i
thought was dry, put it in a small plastic container only to return weeks laters to find it covered in a layer of green fur
Strangley enough my g/f found some Blueberry bubble in a tin from nearly 3 yrs ago. Its alot harder than the original batch and the same colour but none the worse off for not being frozen. It doesnt really smell either untill broken open but what a smell
