ive seen better, more organized rooms. but that room was still something to be proud of. hang your carbon filters from the ceiling though, with 6-8" of space between the top most part of the carbon filter to the ceiling. and if you can hang them directly above your lights, that works great because it will draw more heat out of the room. and instead of all those lights, he should have invested in light movers. the less lights you have, the less power you draw, which equates to less attention, from either the landlord or "bobbies."

to end it; if he sleeps in his clothes so he can flee the scene, i hope he didnt leave any papers behind with personal information that would definatively link him to the scene/crime.

not acusin people in this thread of bein FILTH but does look a bit suspish wot with all the how do u pay ur lecky and how much i mean it rly doesnt take much for filth to get an ip adress for ur computer and track u down maybe just watch u go to ur rented room and wait to see if the amount you pay for ur electric roughly adds up to what u told ur "new best freind" if you grow and choose to do a diary keep it sweet which is why i'd just go loft or drobe but never a rented house or room w/e , those so called painters could have even been poolice acting on a tip off from a neighbour whos seen u suspiciously movin a load of plants at 3 in the morn. tad suicidal methinks.

That sounds a little TOO paranoid for my liking to be honest. It does take quite a bit to get the IP address of your computer from a forum or via MSN etc. The only way to get the IP from here would be for the administrators to give it out and that is so unlikely. They then need to put in an order to your ISP to get who was using that IP address at that time (if dynamic as most are) and release your account details.
Most likely way is either a neighbour or if you are too "blatant" about the stuff - noise, smell, moving plants out to your garden at odd hours
Would agree on not doing it in rented space though, landlords can attend property at just about any time with the correct notice. If they are not in on your grow it wouldn't be worth contemplating at all IMO.
