You need them 200mm extractor fans, maybe they'll help with the orbs?
Have you tried compressed air, used for dust in PCs etc... might be worth giving it a few zaps of that.
Setup the camera, point it an object, take the pick, reclean with compressed air, resetup at same point and see if the orbs have moved etc...

been moving a lot of stuff in the room lately.. maybe renovating??relax dude the spIrits are not with you................................YET

I see you've got some sort of MDF/Ply in the room - did you put a saw to any of that?
I've got to say - we take studio photographs at times and we rarely get the 'orbs' on film/digi - mainly 'cause the flashes are not on the same plane as the lens. But when we do get 'em - we switch on big fans and let the air clear. This always stops it.
They could be mm's away from your lens, or metres. Either way, they are not at the same place as the thing your camera is focused on - meaning it's out of focus. The bigger ones are, obviously, closer to you than the smaller ones.
I understand you want to believe in this being some sort of apparition - but don't you think it's strange that you're in a room you've just moved loads of dusty things around in and taken a photo with a flash and got these little bits in view? Why don't i get these orbs when i take regular pictures in non-dusty & non-flash situations?
Why do i get this effect when taking pictures in the rain? 'Cause the rain drops out of focus show up like haloed orbs, mainly 'cause of the flash.
Good physics will explain it. Oh, and all of the 'They Didn't Land On The Moon' evidence, too.

This topic was covered in the Fortean Times a few months back. The article was called ghost orbs or something. They explained it as dust reflecting the flash. I've had them show up on my photos too. In one it looks like my daughter is looking right at an 'orb' but it really is just dust.

It's just dust, happens in my pics, here is one from Egypt. I could understand why a spirit would want to dance with her, I know I would. The optics of the camera get dirty inside and out, sometimes it is nearly impossibly to clean your lenses because half of it is inside the camera out of reach. I would spray the lens with compressed air and use lens wipes and cleaner, anything else can leave you where you are or cause more problems.

I dont know if your camera is an SLR or a compact, but digital cameras record their images on a CCD chip, I have slr's and often specs of dust can get on your CCD when you change lens from a wide angle to a telephoto or something dust can get on the CCD and cause these marks, but all digital cameras are subject to it in some way or other , so the answer to your question is "You have dust on your CCD chip".
It will look worse in some photos than others because of the colours involved in the photos, a photo of a white wall will show them all, but a photo of your family in a garden will not be so apparent.

Hmmm seems to me like dust. why cant ya see them with the naked eye? what can the camera see that you cant! Probably not a great deal. Do you ever watch most haunted? Well they always say they have seen orbs on the screen!! Hangon a sec your in a dusty castle with bright lights shining of course its an orb an orb of dust!! But hey if ya wanna tell ya self you have spirits in ya cellar keep tyelling ya self that. Why did you even bring up the subject if ya wasnt willing to listen to peoples opinions. You just completely dismissed the fact you might actually have a dusty room!! think about it dust or spirits usually the most obvious answer is the correct answer!! DUST mate, now go clean up!!
