Any ideas?

My thought's
Mg? but i have added a dose at week 3 and then week doses at week 5 and week 7

Could a hot spot from the HPS cause this?

Could i have over done it with the phosphorus? Been feeding Bio bizz 1ml grow and 4 ml Bloom since week 4, over last couple of weeks i have also given some additional bat guano (1 gram per litre) on 2 seperate occassions.

Light damage tends to turn the end of the leaves brown I believe.

Looks and sounds like over-fert which is causing your lockouts. I spent all last year fucking up my grows doing this

Don't add any more epsoms - drop your feed to 2ml G 1ml B and hope that they finish OK Kali is 10-12 week finisher AFAIC remember....
