got 12 chronics on day 56 under 600 digi (ventronic with a sunmaster so 650 realy) first grow with this light but the point is they look done and I cant see them going the full term normaly 9 weeks , I would estimate about 12 to 15 ounces dry they take up about half of 1 square meter of floor space and are grown in coir with natural ferts allthough I did give them some big bud , its always hard to estimate the dry weight but I will be in the ball park so has anyone had the same results using the digi,s ie can they reduce flowering time ? next to the chronics I have 12 bellas no where near the same size buds but even if they give half an ounce each ( and they look like they will ) that could be 20 ounces in muck from 600 wats , the bells also look finished . anyone

hi tb had a look through a loupe and a good percentage of the glands look milky but importantly I know this strain and the buds look just about finished , you could be right about the newness of the bulb but I have never had chronic finish so fast even under a new bulb before I was kinda wondering if anyone has had faster finish times coupled with bigger and more solid buds with digi ballast's or maybe its the sunmaster bulb ?

i only have a 600MH "sunmaster" in there ....the others are lucalox lamps
i am more than impressed with it and will be replacing the lucalox with sunmaster sodiums next time round
(even though the lucalox will have done 1 grow...more impressed with the sunmaster...they will be spares)

can't comment on the chronic finishing as this is my first bash at it...but i'm about 2 wks/ 3max from chop

But dumping lamps after 3 grows is a bit extreme why not just buy a new bulb each time so thats 30sqid instead of 130.

I belive that the digi ballast keeps the lumen level constant by increasing the power to the lamp and their is no loss untill the bulb compleatly fails .

were not talking about replacing the ballast etc....just changing the lamp
and in my experience 3 grows max for a lamp
