do envirolites give good bud.bud room 3ft wide 5ft deep 5ft high.not much space

I only use an envirolite for rooting cuttings but others have had very good results with them

In a space that big you want to be looking at hps mate

You will get a better yield from the hps , and it seems for ever growing with envirolites, 250watt hps will fit in their nicely.

5x3ft= 15sqft so I reckon 2x400's would be perfect if you have the right ventilation..1x250 is nowhere near enough to light that space

bjp sorry to drop in on your thread but i'm flowering with 2 2oowt envirolites so thought i'd ask the same question but me drobe is smaller...its 1 1/2ft deep x 3ft wide x 5ft high...peace..

I used a 400 watt hps when i grew in my wardrobe , if you have the fans to shift the heat then you will be fine with hps but if you hav'nt you're in trouble . When i used the envirolites i had 3 for flowering 2-red 1 blue keeps they nugets nice and tight .

I have grown with just enviro's in the past and had reasonable results, have to say your space aint really that small and you could easily rig up a 400w hps and ventilation and you will reap the rewards, no point really putting in 2 200w envirolites when a 400w hps will pay you back loads more bud. in my previous grows i never really weighed the yield, was always happy with what I got, then coming to this site I realised that one can do better with decentish ventilation heat shouldnt be an issue.. what i found with enviros is that they are bulky and hang down a lil off the reflector, and if one goes then its 42 squidleys plus to replace one whereas a grolux bulb is about 20 squidleys or there abouts.

you could use enviros i guess but you would need a few and you'd get much better results off hps or mh...you'd get far more bud and to light the garden effectively would probably cost less in hps than it would buying all those enviros...

my rooms the same size as yours and i have 2x 400w hps and a 400w mh ....but then i'm greedy
