So true for a shed grow. I would recomend using some block out sheeting to stop the light getting in and getting out. Sheds tend not to be completely water tight and will light up like a christmas tree at night with the grow lights on. From outside you will see all of the light leaks.
Also the comment about a partition is a good idea so when you go in the shed there is no immediate sign of the plants. Plus when you open the door at night with the lights on there will not be a flood of orange or white light pouring out from the shed. Too suss for words.
Ventilation with a carbon filter has been mentioned lots of sound suggestions here, good advice.
