somehow my digital lamp wont ignite.
but the lamp took a little knock earlier, from a door.
just to verify... when switched on, there is a slight sparkle in bulb and then nothing. Does this meen dead lamp or something else?
(have tried fuse)

Not many bulbs will survive a knock from a door. Try another bulb. You really ought to carry a spare anyway because any bulb can blow.
