Hi I'm new here smoke.gif I have PTSD and cannabis helps with the symptoms of anxiety, stress, etc sad.gif . I'm fed up of buying overpriced weed from chavs, so I thought I'd have a go at growing my own.

Firstly, which kind of hydroponics system would you recommend to get some good results without breaking the bank? I'm looking at spending maybe up to £250. Ideally I'd need a whole starter kit since I have nothing. Ideally I'd need a reference guide as well because I'm a complete novice and haven't a clue what I'm doing. I did manage to grow some mushrooms once, but that's another story.

I've noticed a couple of kits in the sale section of this site and some on (spam removed). What kind of hydroponics system is the one on this site?

Also, what kind of seeds should I get for easy, fast growth and medicinal use?

Any suggestions greatfully received smile.gif

i'd go for a nft starter kit you've likely seen them in the shop as for medicinal strains just scan through the seed bank they all have the info you need ( i think )

A lot of first timers use compost to grow, I know I am, it's a lot more forgining for newbies.

As for strains, if your suffering from anxiety and stress I would suggest an indica strain, a sativa strain may exaberate the symptoms.

Thanks for the advice, I didn't know about the strains. I was thinking about compost but it would be useful to have a starter kit anyway for the light, the grow guide and the other bits. I could maybe try a couple of NFTs and a couple of compost plants smile.gif

Some of us are still using it after 12 years rofl.gif
