Beginning my 2nd grow & I will soon be transplanting my seedlings into big pots. Has anyone used Canna Terra Professional Plus+ Organic Soil? My first grow was with Bio-Bizz All Mix which was ok but I've been told that Canna Terra Professional Plus+ gives unbelievable yields. I don't mind paying premium prices for organic soil if its worth my while. I learned so much from my first grow and want to take my 2nd grow up a level. I will still be using Bio Bizz Ferts whatever soil I buy. Any opinions would be welcome

Its very strong stuff dont start them off in it, build them up first on seed and cutting mix as its even stronger than all mix.
I dont use it myself now but make my own mix using organic soil mix from my local garden centre then add worm and bat shit and organic seaweed its cheaper for more soil and you give when its needed so there are less ec problems i like to keep a check on my ec levels some available soil is just to strong to start with.

I dont think thats quite right. The pro plus has very little feed in it.

Canna Terra Professional Plus is something quite special that organic connoisseurs and expert growers are sure to love. Made from highest quality white peat and organic bark, Professional Plus has outstanding structure and drainage along with valuable trace elements and chelates to ensure consistently healthy growth. Having no nutrient content though means that this media is for more advanced growers who can now tailor their vegetative growth for superior results.

I think you'll find that I have no reason to just make stuff up lol.gif

If you look at the description of the mix at just about any online store you'll find out for your self wink1.gif

After all, that's where I copied and paste it from.

I use this compost and quite like it. I quite like the fact that it is light in both the weight of a sack and also the nutrient side of things smile.gif

You will find tho that you would prob require to have to water them a tad more than you did when you were in allmix tho cleetus wink1.gif

Blab, didn't your second run go tits up second time round due to your ventilation? unsure.gif Or was it the compost?

I can't be sure it was the compost, but that was the feeling I got. I did exactly the same as the successful grow before, but with a new bag of compost and it went tits up. It could have been the BB nutes getting old or something else though - my environment is pretty sorted, I just have to watch temps closely in summer. unsure.gif
