There are so many cables that come out of a PC power supply I wouldn't know why to start I've read of a few people who have use a multi voltage PSU but I've just ordered my fans and multi voltage so cant how to do it yet.

The cables coming out of a PC supply may be numerous, but they're really easy to use - Yellow is 12V, Red is 5V, Black is common, and all you have to do is put a little metal 'jumper' inbetween Common and the 'Sense' wire, which is commonly Grey (it'll say what on the sticker) to power it up. Piece of piss, and they've got plenty of grunt to power practically as many small-voltage fans as you like. yinyang.gif

i use a muti adaptor that has numerous voltages between 0 and 12V 2 per adaptor and no problems what so ever, very easy to wire up, plus you have control over how fast they go by simply changing the voltage down a bit smile.gif
