Although described as used the equipment in this unit is new. The cabin itself is approximately 3 years old. It is split into 2 rooms both with mechanical extraction. The smaller room has 4 propagators with fluro lamps, a 150mm extractor fan and carbon filter. This room is temperature controlled via an Eliwell IC915 2 stage controller, oil filled radiator and the extraction unit. The main room has 8 no. 600w HPS lamps inc ballasts and 2 professional timer/contactors. There is a 50 pod flood and drain hydroponic system installed with air temperature and humidity being controlled via a Primoair fan controller operating a 200mm inlet fan and carbon filter and a 250mm extractor fan and carbon filter. There is also a thermostatically controlled oil filled radiator. The cabin is double inulated, 75mm fibre glass within external walls, floor and ceiling and 50mm polystyrene internally faced with 6mm plywood. There is connection for water and electricity. The internal tap is connected to approximately 15M 20mm MDPE pipe and the internal consumer unit is connected via approximately 30M 16mm SWA cable. The electrical supply comes complete with a Wylex 60A switched fused isolator. The price DOES NOT INCLUDE delivery which can be arranged at extra cost. Cash on delivery/collection or PayPal. on the plus side the Mrs would stop complaining about the noise from the fans in the room..

I'd rather build my own setup, that’s real dodgy, and I could set something up much better. Just a little suspect moving whole grow rooms too. I wonder if they put a stamp on it when they deliver it like an unnamed hydro company.

I wouldn't put it past them. My 400w MH ballast has an evidence sticker, from many states away, half-way peeled off it. I got it on the famous auction site years ago. And no, there aren't any listening devices inside it - I looked. $40U.S. Not bad.
