After having what looks like stoking results with feminised magic bud by paradise seeds, im thinking of trying sensi star. Can anyone tell me what its like? Is it as high quality as its said to be? Whats the smoke like?

I tried a search but couldnt find much.

Is it worth the high price?

Hi Randomnut, I can recomend sensi star if you are into strong indica strains, its a 60 day flowerer and its a very potent smoke, go low ec on the nutes though shes not a big feeder. Taste is sweet with a very hard hitting high, the genetics are mostly afghani with a touch of sativa. To answer your quality question......Yes its every bit as good as they say, THC content is 16...20% , the taste is sorta minty with sum metallic under taste. Not a bad yielder if memory serves me well i got about 60 to 70 grms per plant done in coco, using canna nutes and hornby big bud. Go give it a go my friend.

hi , just chopped 27 sensi stars last night . been growing it for the last 3 grows and yes it is a fantastic smoke .
taste is very nice , smooth as you like and certainly is the strongest i've grown so far .

my only gripes would be lack of yeild compared to other grows , i get half the weight i would from the 11.59 armaggedon copies i also grow .
also seems to attract spidermite and as said above don't go overboard with the nutes . i don't let the ec get any higher than 1.0 all through he grow .

Well worth it IMHO. Grown this strain loads of times with great results. Most I ever got out of one plant was 148 grammes dried and cured.
Moved on to more exotic strains since then. Would still grow if needed, I don't.
Very intense stone, near total couchlock territory. Good for medi-use and some serious music listening experiences. I liked her a lot for that.
Easy to grow and can easily be nurtured to whatever grow design you have in mind.
I have a 'privet' plan, not for this strain yet but would work, for next year. Do not think it has been done yet.
Saw it in a fabulous book, that got confiscated many years back, about growing techniques in situ in land of origin.

One of my favourites! i do like a nice strong indica at the end of a hard day and that was what i was looking for when i picked sensi star. i took 50 clones from four different sensi start mothers and ended up with ten from each of them. all 4 different phenotypes are all quite different from each other, but one stuck out as alot different to the others it was a much more sativa phenotype than any of the others. the 3 that a quite different to each other did share some growth characteristics, they were all very shorrt christmas tree shaped plants with a little bit of side branching and very nice top buds. The sativa pheno was alot taller(some of them twice the height of the other phenotypes) and some grew loads of side branches, i think they all would have had all the plants not been so tightly packed, attached to a tall thick main stem that had a beautiful top bud.

The high's of the different phenotypes was the main differance between them though, NO1 was the sativa pheno and u guessed it the high was much more sativa like than the rest it still gives that couchlock effect but your heads way above your body high in the sky.

No2 was the classic relaxing strong indica with no paranoia i was looking for when i brought the seeds. i like this one as it is very strong so you don't need to smoke much
No3 was the least potent of the bunch but a nice happy giggly high

No4 has been nicknamed by my friends F**kedup4 because the high is just CRAZY, its as strong as the NO2 but really edgey and paranoid your body is glued to your seat and your heads just fu*kedup. This pheno is only good for when you have nothing else to do but get fu**edup aand sit in a chair or lie down
