bahia black head,yes..i grew these out a few months back,genetics all over the place.grew indoors under a 400w hps,with bio-bizz.out of ten seeds 8 germed all female.they just kept going and producing 7ft and upwards.i was pulling alot off these,i could keep taking of her but that would only make them more vigourus...went mad they did she loves to be bondaged and trained,trust me,she can take it.buds as long as your arm and thats not the main cola,i had to keep topping them nothing but buds everywhere you looked(a very good scrogging plant if u get the right pheno).you only had to put your hand near the buds and it made them sticky,thc allover.they took over ten weeks to flower but like i said you canjust keep cropping off them,i was still cropping of her at 14 weeks about 1-2 ounces a week.kept me going for ages.
They really show their true colours after curing,cured them for at least 4 weeks before i started to smoke them .nice goldy looking nugs.just crumbled and fluffed up nicely when put into a spliff.
The stone was unreal,fast and hard hitting couchlock material i tell you .
i recommend this for people with alot of patients especially sativa lovers.

ya i think my very first plant i grew .. i was a complete newbie and remember her very tall !! it was soo long ago and remember little although i recko defo worth a try again .. thats some comments u made there dewd taking bits off her like that ! and 1-2 ozs continually , hope ure right m8

I grew one of these in my first grow, too.
However, my plant turned out to be a runt, and didn't yield much.
Also (although I half-expected it to go for 14) it was well ready by 9 weeks.
It had a fantastic full-on diesel smell, which I loved.
Oh, yes, and the calyces did actually turn black during the last weeks.

The stone was quite strong, very psychadelic (clolour enhancement & depth) and meditative/introspective/compassionate. I really liked it. It was also very long lasting, even after the initial hard-hitting phase was over, I found it kept me high for hours afterwards. On the minus side, it can leave a bit of a hangover, but it's probably worth it.

Despite the various reports of inconsistency with regard to KC, I would definitely try this strain again, even if only to see whether the first result was a fluke...

I believe they're grown outdoors in Holland, if they do OK outside in the UK, this could be a great guerilla plant - though not so great if there's 14-week finishers.

umm i getting very intrestied now ,, sounds like a rather different strain !! .. i cant remember black calyxs though however harvested wel well early ..

at 10 quid a pack u cant go wrong really ,, the only prob with cheap seeds (F2`s) is that there can be some right good variation between plants although this can make things intresting .. and picking your best for cloning is always fun like playing god ...

to be honest my last seeds were from `greenhouse` not impressed outa 5 2 failed , 2 runts and 1 healthy !!! maybe my bad luck !,,

You can if you veg for long enough,5 weeks or more and Lst her while they grew,a lot of topping,u see i used to knuckle the branches by gently snapping them then support them using string(roughtly a branch a week)so it don't stress them out too much,then these branches would grow even stronger and produce more cause the plant concentrating on repairing that branch.i used to do every couple of weeks,once you get that cycle going it's all good.

I was using bins for pots(the ones with the flappy bit on the lid)about 2ft deep for flowering.i never scrogged them though,maybe somtime in the future

not a bad stone i would not say "very psychadelic" but yes it is a couchlock stone and not bad for 10 quid for 10 seeds
they taste a hell of alot better if you cure them for a few weeks..but that goes with out saying

how ling did you flower for? have heard BBH can go for 80 days plus

Dan, was it a very tall, stretchy plant, or more of an indica leaning skunklike habit? Did it have a VERY strong diesel smell. Did the calyces go very dark/black?

I'm asking coz there seems to be quite a wide variety of results out there...

i had eight in my grow,i put a lot of work and effort in to it along with alot of patients.mine was still flowering at 14 weeks plus,all part of the fun though.

nope it was not tall at all i would say under 2 foot but i topped it as i did not have the head space
nope it did not have a diesel smell
and no nothing went black

i found the buds to be very fluffy but not a bad smoke

OK, Dan, it does sound like we're talking about a whole lot of different strains, though, dunnit?

My understanding:-

* The calyces should go dark/black. After all, that's even in the name.
* The plant would probably be tall in nature, but I suspect it's been severely bred with various outdoour Dutch skunks, to make it a bit shorter. My impression was of a medium/short plant. But obviously thius varies.
* The flowering period. As I said, mine was well-done by 9 weeks. Even 8 would have been enough. I think the same thing about skunkification (as above) applies here. Even the blurb said 14 weeks, IIRC.
* Smell. I luurved that diesel smell. Shame no-one else reported it. Maybe it was a one-off on that pheno.
* Everybody seems to agree that it was a decent to v.good smoke, though.

Ho hum - If I try them again (which I well may) I'll report anything new.
