19 days in flower now for these......GD phenos 8., 7 and 1......

Some A11's going in over the next few days, and perhaps some skunk#1's, maybe a couple Afghani's..............

back into 6 inch square pots for me, the 5inch ones just too much hassle for what it wporth, IMO, better overall yield from the 6 inchers anyway......

We now at 36-38 inches, i think they should all end up 42-48 inches......

Another weeks or so of stretching then,,......

Similar at this stage, but then they show huge differences.....

8 finishes in 50 days, 7 takes a fortnight longer.......

All these went in here onto 12/12 at about 8inches .....

I cut off all the lower growth after about two weeks flowering when I see what's not going to get the best light......

This seems to pump up the main colas........

The lower 12-18 inches I just leave the fans there, if they still nice and grren......

These Gd's need the stakes for support, very flimsy stems on them.....

Hardly any leaf so the penetration through the canopy is good,

Bish don't worry, they pack on, takes em a while to elongate and stretch, then they pack and get resin.......

this is a #7 bish.....

All stopped stretching now between 39 and 42 inches.....

Resin now starting to build, and the buds suddenly started to go about 3 days ago........

pretty spacious compared to my previous grows, only 12 plants in there ATM, but now I'm settled on the phenoes to keep, bearing in mind the stretch and finishing height, I'm starting to stagger grows a bit....

Next week I'll be putting a few more clones in, starting on a stool in the middle and lowering as they stretch to the light.......

Find it hard to get full length shots.....

Or garden shots as they look too washed out....

Adjusted this in Photodeluxe.........don't really know what I'm doing with all the hues and saturation......but it's better than before.....

You see hare a #1 and #7.........

Now for the phenoes......

First is #1....characterised by the stubby pistils, good symmetric calyx formation, very distinctive look to her.....

#2 I wasn't going to keep, but she sooo fine she's been resurected....Thanks for the tip Highlander....

Strange sweet pickled onion smell and flavour.....

Big chunky buds, solid for the gD......

#7, got to be near favourite....not me favourite smoke, (2nd or 3rd place behind 8 and MAYBE 1)but yields very weelll, really good taste, hints of haze in there........

#7 can be a worry if you're used to growing indicas....although her flower time id only 9 weeks, maybe 9-5, she doesn't start putting on any bulk for quite some time.....

Even now she's just starting to fill in on the colas.....

BTW that last shot was the same cola I pointed out as a #7 in the first shots above......

One more of #7 as she so pretty , this is a loewr bud, forming beautiful/......

#8 now, my favourite smoke of all.....taste I fell in love with, sweet and spicy, bit pissy maybe, high creeps and soars, creeps for ages.....

She also finishes faster than all the GD's, at 50 days along with #2.......

Problem is the yield is por and the node gaps are huge and she likes to branch.........

Alkways in the growroom though, yield ain't everything now is it.....?

Nice looking closeups Mono, as for the room pic it is nearly impossable to do much when most the light is in the yellow band, you can only fudge it a bit here is 30 seconds worth!

I just go hit and miss in the options on photodeluxe, but with no directoin......

Working on some very heavy weed at the moment too.....distracting somewhat, I'll alamost be glad when it's gone.........

Get a copy of PS elements, photodeluxe is pretty basic and can't do much. Elements can do nearly every thing the full PS package can.

Distracted or not, the close ups are nice.

Starting to fatten up I see.

Good to see the light reaching the lower bud sites.
Kicked out the 8 BB that night and it's loads better for light penetration.

Remind us about that tip!

I'm gonna struggle with only 5' of headroom in my flower chamber
(thinking now about scrog for this strain)

think they might scrog well Addy.....

at least the stems are long and flexible so she'd easy bend and tuck to fit the screen......But, maybe too much stretch after starting 12/12.....

Difficult to judge when to induce flowering...you'd be changing the light with the screen barely half full, and even then she's pack the screen i think;......

What about pinching.....? Not to produce a big bush, but training to maybe two maincolas......? Would that slow down the rate of the stretch....?

looking real good there mono. The whole room looks well balanced and full. I reckon you could have found a good density/fill of plants for your room there mate.

I might try Fim/Topping, and i have done well in the past by tying down branches to the pot.....
its a long way off yet though, they have a lot of growing to do yet
does the A11 strech the same sort of heights?

These are the two at the front of the growroom, that you can see at the top of this page in the pic that ot tidied up.....

#7 on the left #1 on the right.....these two are about halfway through now, both take about 63 days.......

Couplke of close ups now, but I do some more undre the lamp later,....

This is #8, she's the 50 odd day finisher.......I love her very much....

And last one for now of #7.....she's starting to put on the resin more now....late to start but she kicks off now.....

Nice fluffy hazey buds on her.....

Right just done a couple more now the lights come on.....

Still 33 days.....

First one snatched just as the light was firing up......

#2 in the foreground, middle ish, main one you see there.....

On her right is a #1...

and in the background a couple of #9's.....

The bud part obscured at the front is a #7.....

And anothre shot of #7 and #1 at the front of the room....

the light had got going by this point so I adjusted the photo to attempt to improve it a bit, also turned down the exposure and the white balance on the cam......? No idea what I'm doing.....

No close ups, these come out much better for me....just take them off the cam and no need to adjust owt......


Here's the top bud of a #1......she gets triked up quite quickly, considering she's a longer flowerer.....

And here's a lower bud from the same plant......

Really cryatally, still with 30 days to go......

#2 now, this one has been saved.....

nice bouncy big buds, sort of springy when dry......lots of trikes.....mmmmmm

Next one #7 , still not so much in the way of easily visible trichomes but they're there, and they're coming....

The trikes n this one tend to be smaller than the others anyway, showing her sativa elements......


Buds LOTS fluffier than othres......fill in late though.....

bottoom leaves are yeellowing already, even though I am using half and half veg/bloom feed till now........I'm coming off the veg elements of the feed this week, and some of the plants....#2, and #8's will be going down to weaker feed in prep for flushing......

these GD are VERY N hungry, what do others growing GD see about this....?

Very happy with this grow....things got too chaotic for me doing a sog in soil in pots......considering a flood and drain set up though....Mr hydronaut has been vrey persuasive, and seems to have ironed out a few point that were preventing me........

I've experienced the same with the #9 and my skunks usually at the half way stage though it always only happens to about half of each strain. Mine fattening up nicely now with 3 weeks to go. One of those gds' bobble's has managed to attach itself to the rest of the buds looking

Right I bin without my camera for a couple of weeks as me dad borrowed it....

So NOW we're at 48 days, these were taken yesterday......

I got a few shots here to try shw the differences between the plants.......

Start with#1.........Remember She's got about 2 and a half weeks more in bud.....

And a little bit closer on #1...

#2 now...she's due to finish by the weekend, about 4 more days or so......Glad I saved this one in the end, her smell is very special...........

Nice solid colas on this one......buds springy bouncy when dry......

And here's a wee sample I plucked off on monday......just for the sake of science you undrstand.....

Can't wait to sample these GD's this time, I think I'm getting a better handle on their rather finicky nute requirements now.......

#7 now.....this one is getting about a bit, and quite a few #7's poppping up al over the place now.....

Easily going to be the biggest yielder still, about 16 days or so left to flower........This one really stands out as different to the others, much more sativa based............
