i did a search but kept getting a error msg, i want to know is skunk #1 smelly, DP says its soft and citrusy or something but i want to ask yous before i grow it

Yea Cjoo1 it is smelly but not as smelly as the newer high breads but a lovely smoke !!
Yep vouch on it being a great smoke. No real probs with smell when I grew it m8
thanks guys, the main reason i wanna grow it was that DP says its a very high yeilder, i dont suppose yous could compare it in yeild to High Quality Seeds big-bud or that other strain i think is called "the HOG" dont know who grows that one?
see i wanted to grow a strain that was a very high yeilder but did not have a strong typical smell either, dont care too much about potentcy, cause even the more tame strains are still relatively strong.
the 2 breaders i'll be selecting from are DP & HQS's.

cant really tell you how much a plant will yeild, it all depends on the room you have to grow in,
i am growing #11 from DP (a fem'd version of #1) they are just about 4 weeks old now and have started to smell already, not very strong yet, but sweet and skunky,

well im just looking for a comparitive... like did Skunk#1 outproform HQS's big-bud or any of the other very high yielders?
basicly should i grow skunk#1 or big-bud? or is there another strain that tops them from either DP or HQS's?

About a month late in this post but I`d just add my 2pence to this (for future growers)
I gew out Skunk #11 (feminised #1) and had no issues with it.. I had one hermie but I did split the plant in half when training them
The weed was very powerful, definately the strongest sativa dom strain I`ve had - roughly the same stone off all 3 plants but sometimes it was too strong ("shitting bricks on the sofa" comes to mine - technically it me freaking (a little) whilst lying in bed after a heavy session listening to my heart beat -
)
Still.. I`m growing Skunk #1 atm - but I`m using that as a mixed with Mazar and Northern Lights
