How old are the plants? Are you feeding? What medium?

Plants at different stages, feeding by hand, compost. I'm only feeding the older ones as there in compost and i'm re-potting regularly with fresh compost. It's the leaf curling and drying then dieing thats got me

too much repotting and nutes?

Do they burn from the tip, then the edges as they curl?

They're only re-potted twice. They're not fed until they've been in the new pots[final]for about 2 weeks. They dry at the tip then curl upward and inward

hard without a pic.
yep, forget o/feeding - the leaves curl downwards like ram horns

3 more Qs - do the bottomleaves start yellowing first?

and when the leaf yellows, do the veins stay green?

(if so would be Mg def)

last Q, are there tiny black spots (eggs) under the fan leaves? If so, youve got spider mites or something andthey can eat the plant alive, causing leaves to do this.

What compost you using mate? And have you had these probs with it before?

I had what i think you're describing with a mum. Are the roots healthy on these affected plants?

Compost is the cheap 'n cheerful stuff and no i've not had these probs before.Checked the roots and everthing seems fine. The first problem seems Mg but the curling and dying is the one i'm worried about. It affects any leaf on any plant at any stage cry.gif

Sounds fungal if new growth is affected.

A pic would help further.
