Just a quick pic of an unsexed Orient Express plant. It really wants to bush out - no training at all done on it so far. That's a 7" pot if you want an idea of scale.

The second one is a couple of weeks behind but is much the same. Very short internodal spacing. Maybe its the lamp but short/stocky is good for me

Quick bump for ACE seeds reps. Is this what Orient Express does? Just wondering as Panama seems to be doing the same. So does Blockhead which makes me wonder about the lamp. It is one of the PURple ones - I'd thought hype up to now - and while the plants grow slowly they bush out like you wouldn't believe. Question is in here as 2/3 strains doing this are yours.

It's the chinese male, father of the Orient Express F1, which contributes to the hybrid with the short internodal space. The Vietnam black mother has an excellent branching.

Some plants could be a little bit taller but most of the OE grow compact developing pronounced branches. Yield is usually very high and quality quite uniform between all plants.

Panama also grows very bushy, specially under intense light. It's a litte bit taller than OE but can be easily controlled indoors.

It'd be very nice if this was female as I don't think I'd need to do much to make this a very productive mother

Edit - the plant hasn't been fed or trained at all. Its in seedling compost for now, I'll sort out a long-term mix for it when it shows signs of hunger.

It's a girl

I was just glancing at it when I thought I saw the sun shine on something white - I needed a x60 magnifier to be 100% certain but there it was. A perfect little female preflower - like something out of a textbook

Now fingers crossed that the Panama preflowers like this, then I can have Panama in the tall growbox and OE in the shorter one for winter grows - it'd make for a nice diary I think. No panic yet anyway as I still have 7 weeks until I have to start taking clones.

This is going to make a hell of a mother - I have a good feeling about her

No problems - this one will be cloned and flowered either in November or December - depending on how the Panama goes (looks like all male for now on the 7 Panama that germed but it is very early preflowers so all is not lost yet).
