My grow room is a wooden box with dimensions 5 feet tall, 5 feet wide, and 8 feet long. i have the space divided in half and have 5 sprouts of Dutchmen Royal Orange about a week or so old in rockwool. Here are my questions
Nutes: i've feed my seedlings with a light solution of General Hydroponics FloraMicro and FloraGro at the recommend dilution on the bottle of 1/4 tsp per gallon, is this sufficient for seedlings? also do i put Florabloom in the mix now or switch completley to bloom when they go into flower?
Ventilation: I bought some used equipment from a guy 1000w ballast and shroud 24"x24" appx and a large 10" inlet carbon filter with only 6 months of use on it. what's a baseline of cfm i should have cooling this in such a small area and with the carbon filter reducing flow.
thanks for all your help

Thanks for the link on that, i remember seeing it here before.
It recommends 228m3/ hr (with carbon filter and ducting)
Therefore:
228m3/hr = 8,051 ft3/hr
8,051 ft3/hr (Divided By 60 to get per minute) = 134.183333 CFM
This number seems low, I wasnt expecting the Can-Fan i have to be enough but i know it moves this much air, i believe it's there smallest model (i think it's either a 4 or 6 inch inlet)
I guess i will just give it a go and see how much heat it produces, i just don't want to burn the house down!
Also i remember seeing a website that i found through here that had some stealth grow cabinets with a nice simple heat saftey switch (i remember it being a grey extension cord that had a simple heat switch on it) where if the temp reached 100f it would kill the power, anyone seen these? i can't seem to find the site again.
thanks all

All depends on where the room is and how cool or warm the air is that you are bringing in
I'd be looking at a 6" for out and a 5" for in

Sounds good owd, if it get too hot i'll use my current extractor for intake and get a larger exhaust. the room is in a basement so the air is pretty cool ~75 degrees

I have a 6" high power ruck fan for intake and the same for exhaust, doing 255m3/hr each but they still struggle to cool a 400w hps in this weather.

Get the biggest fans you can. You can always put a fan controller to slow them down.
But as i've found out, If your under venting its a new fan !!!
