Hey guy's, just got recommended to this site from a friend, very informative!!

Basically next year im gonna be growing outside, bout 6 months ago i harvested my first grow, a beautiful white rhino from a hydroponics kit under 400W HPS, the grow went well overall (2.5 oz dry) but no room to grow indoors n e more, soon after harvest my old flatm8 (who was in on the grow) moved out n now i have a middle aged woman living in the same house!!! she has complained about the smell from a few j's a few times now so not even gonna risk mentioning a grow!! but i reckon i can keep a mother shady in my room under a small enviro.

ANYWAY the reason for this post is i've found a few sites ideal for a gorrila grow and was wanting some help. How much preparation can i actually do this far ahead (looking to plant may 07), should i get a mother going now and practice taking cuttings? (the White rhino was from Amsterdam seeds ), any advice on seed suppliers? (who's discreet, quality seeds, not too expensive) don't mind sexing them as time isnt really an issue, i've been looking at Medicine Man from Mr Nice and sensi Black Domina, anyone had experience with these in UK outdoors? any other suggestions, preferably early finishing (damn unpredictable british weather) idealy i'd like a selection going at once but limited mother space!!! probly 2 or 3!?!

Hi YNH, I'm an indoor grower myself so I can't help with your questions but I just wanted to say welcome to uk420 Have you seen the Guerilla Farming forum yet? Lots of good info in there about outdoor growing

i would suggest that you get your seeds in order, whatever you want to plant, plant some and grow it indoors and make sure that you have a femail cut, and get quite a few cuttings growing so that you can put them outside when the time comes and already know tha they will turn out to be females...
and you will also get some bud of the mother for the winter months, so you dont have to wait as long, and you know what it's going to smoke like

as for the planting ground, go out and if you can, cover it in 2 feet deep or so of leaves in the fall, and that will make some fresh compost over the winter, and it will kill the seeds and plants around in the general area, not to mention nutrients will leach out and the ground will be alot more firtile,

cheers to you too obscure_shadow, been wondering what to do about compost etc but there are plenty of leaves there so that should be cool, just need to find some more sites now

i wish you all luck, alas, i cant really grow good weed here, where i live there are too many wild hemp plants around and they will pollinate my plants and i'll get nothing but tons of seeds

sh!t shadow, thats no good, u should start a small indoor grow, i'm lookin into an LED array, should be enough for a single plant in scrog over the winter until i can get an outdoor grow sorted, just wish i'd started 3 months ago, would be massive outside now the weather we've been havin here in the midlands.

yeah... i would, but i'm kinda moving all over the place right not, and i'm going to college in mid aug. and have to stay in the dorms for a year, so i cant really get much growing done that way... so it's going to be a while before i get anything good going really

which sucks.. and i dont know any growers in the area... which also sucks, because i'd rather have homegrown than the shitty mexican brick weed we all have around here.. just as bad as soapbar...


anyways, the led's look pretty awsome, however it's like $90 per light, which is nothing i can afford at all right now.
