So I am preparing for my first proper outdoor grow next year. I am looking for a plant that will grow to between 3-4 foot in height and give a 60/40 up cerebral/couchlock high. Must not be too heavy in taste as the missus won't like it. Easy to grow.

For taste and high, i can recommend 'blue berry', but as you are going straight into soil, i can't say that she will stay small, given the right conditions! i very much doubt you will get any plants to stay within your height limits....unless you top them, you will be looking at anything up to 14-16 feet probably around 8-10 though knowing our climate
