I'de do it in the evening, with this harsh sun we have atm it might stress them a tad, better to let it settle in for a few hrs, i.e. overnight...

agreed, and also too add that the moon is in its waxing gibbous phase, its always best to plant under a waxing moon (when the moon is growing) it is proven to be benificial to plants (amongst many other natural things

)
the moon is very important in gardening but many overlook its benefits
i know some great sites about lunar planting cant spam (do your own search) you will be suprised
hope this i of use as i know the moon is as good for your plants as the sun is, (only in differing ways)root growth will be encouraged tonight and for a little while
good luck anyhow
merlin

edit to add, the best time to plant is just as the full moon ends and the new moon begins,(theres NO moon) that way you get the full waxing period. which will encourage root growth but also helps seed germinate faster and plants that are already established grow more vigourously.
plants are sensitive to, and affected by the same force of gravity that pulls the tides of the sea

(ebb & flow)
try it, you cant fault the planets dude

hope this one isnt spam (tried to find link that wasnt?)
