Ok I have a small Air con unit for the hot days but can I throw the water it collects into my res?
It reads 0 on the EC truncheon I assume its the same as distilled water and thats safe stuff.

Yes you can use it but dont bung it straight in your res though cos all you will be doing is diluting

technically it is distilled water really... it's just condensation that has collected on your a/c elements, which is exactly the same process distilled water is made with. tho it might be a little impure, becuase there could be rusts from the tubing or whatnot, but it should really be harmless ...
