give it to me straight peoples! am five weeks into trying out this strain, only a week to go and the yeild seems less than impressive. should i expect some nice swelling in the next week? about 40% of the hairs have gone brown so i doubt it'll take more than a week to come to term and i'm a little concerned.

large pots, maybe 10" under 400w HID. seems normal for any other plant @ 5 weeks but i expected more from this strain, at this time.

Which seedbank did you go with ? Nirvanna or Homegrow Fantaseeds ? I am currently growing Top44 from hg/fantaseeds, they are only a week old. The genetics may be the problem if you went for cheaper seeds.

i did go for the cheaper option in nirvana but i thought that was one of their own strains. didn't know i had an option. i'm guessing these will be more like top51

Probably the reason is that at 5 weeks there is more than another week to go

I have chopped top44 around the 50+ day mark on my first ever grows, looking back now that I have more experience, I probably should of left them a bit longer... But you know how it is with first grows, all excited

Never the less though, I had good experience growing and weed for few months, smoke was a ok.

Currently smoking my mazar I last grew, hell of a nice smoke that strain is

I _HAD_ one Top-44 under 400W HID, got large buds, flowering about 50-60 days, and I was VERY satisfied with strain.
Only bad thing was that cops came and took it, only less than a week before harvest. (living here in Scandinavia, yeah!)
I don't know which seedbank was that clone's mother from, but it was very strong and fast-growing strain, and looked so good..
It filled it's space without scrog or any patent else....Oh DAMN

btw, heard somewhere that should be careful with harvesting, waiting too long may have serious influence on strain's bud.. how tight it is or something else.. True??

Sorry to say, but didn't get a proper tastes from it, mother plants bud was OK, a bit too heavy for my morning smokes

hey mate stuff nirvana seeds i had top 44 and the one i thought was fem was herm never again be very carefull with nirvana seeds they are robbers of decent seed banks i have had much more luck with kc brains if you want cheap.

I am currently growing two top44 plants (Homegrown Fantasy) and am in week four right now.
Plants look great, buds will be as i expected from a quick strain, not the biggest yield but good enough for a six to seven week flowering strain.

I will personally never buy seeds from a retailer that did not have anything to do with that particular strain.
First i respect the effort put into the creation of a strain by certain breeders and therefor WILL buy those strains from them, and not from a company that bought a pack of seeds once and inbred it for easy money.

The origins of T44 goes way back, the people behind Cultivators choice did a lot of experimenting with this strain, the Viking genetics that make up most of the T44´s genetics was (is) popular for a quick (cash)crop while waiting for the slower Sativas to finish.

These genetics found their way to the Homegrown crew and is still availlable for just 40 euro´s.

If this is too much money than you should stop your smoking habbit, you cant afford it to begin with.
